MEET OUR FOUNDER
Courtnie Nichols, Creative Director
Courtnie Nichols brings a thoughtful, experience-led approach to luxury travel shaped by a career rooted in relationship-building, strategy, and global perspective.
After years of working as a major gift fundraiser, Courtnie’s love for travel, paired with her ability to connect people, cultures, and opportunities, evolved into a vision to design elevated, intentional travel experiences for discerning travelers. What began as a passion has grown into a portfolio of brands centered on experience design, leadership, and meaningful connection.
Courtnie took her first solo flight at the age of ten and has since lived in Europe and explored nearly every continent. Today, she is known for seeing travel through a broader lens, not simply as destinations, but as experiences that shape how people live, recharge, and connect.
As Creative Director of TRvLB, Courtnie sets the vision and experience standards for the brand, while a senior advisory team delivers seamless execution for private clients around the world.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her gathering with friends over a great meal, exploring new cities, or immersed in conversations that inspire growth, perspective, and possibility.
